Bookings are made online at www.rawiceland.com, "Schedule and Bookings". You can send us an email and pay with credit card. We will call you on the phone for credit card information. You can also use bank transfer. We'll send you the bank info on email. If you have any questions or concerns just send us an email to clarify any loose ends before you book.
Every detail regarding the booking must be included, in order for Photography Adventures ltd. to ensure efficiency, including the passenger´s name, flight information if they require transfer service from Keflavík airport, all accommodation, tours and other services required.

Terms of payment
We require 25% deposit. Photography Adventures ltd. will send a proforma invoice for individuals for full payment, 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment (less deposit) for groups and individuals shall reach Photography Adventures ltd. at least 8 weeks prior to arrival of clients or upon confirmation of booking if done within 4 weeks. In case of further delay on payments, Photography Adventures ltd. will reserve the right to treat the booking as a cancellation and withdraw its confirmation of services.
If payment is done by credit or charge card, Photography Adventures ltd. accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. American Express charges Photography Adventures ltd. a 3.8% handling fee and we regretfully have to pass this fee on to our clients, this fee applies to the total invoice.
Prices and Validity
After a voucher has been issued, the prices are guaranteed against surcharges, unless there are government taxes or other aspects out of Photography Adventures ltd.’s control, which cause considerable increases in quoted prices; then Photography Adventures ltd. will increase the prices accordingly, in communication with the organizers of the groups / individuals.
After the invoice has been issued the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes. Photography Adventures ltd. will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the package price. Amounts that exceed the 5% will be charged and clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%.
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. In conformity with business practices within the Icelandic travel industry, Photography Adventures ltd. is obliged to charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows:
Time of cancellation (Individuals):
More than 3 weeks prior to arrival: none
Less than 3 weeks and more than 2 weeks: 10%
Less than 2 week and more than 1 week: 25%
Less than 1 week and more than 72 hours: 50%
Less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours: 75%
Less than 24 hours notice: 100%

If a service which has unconditionally been confirmed is cancelled by Photography Adventures ltd., for example due to insufficient participation, cancellations must be made with at least 4 weeks notice on Photography Adventures ltd.'s behalf. Photography Adventures ltd. shall make every effort to provide similar alternative arrangements without additional cost to the buyer. Should those alternatives not be to the buyer's satisfaction, a full refund shall be made to the amount paid.
Photography Adventures ltd. disclaims denies responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules caused by weather, strikes, force major or any other irregularity outside Photography Adventures ltd.’s control. Photography Adventures ltd. reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic and international), the passenger has to pay any additional cost caused by this, at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc…). It is recommended that passengers travelling to Iceland have travel insurance in their home country, since visitors to Iceland travel and participate in activities, on their own responsibility.
Complaints that arise due to Photography Adventures ltd.‘s interference, services, bookings, payments or other, must reach Photography Adventures ltd. no later than 2 weeks from departure. Without such notice, compensation might not be valid. Information in our brochures and websites is subject to change. Photography Adventures ltd. reserves the right to alter/change/correct mistakes or updates as they appear in brochures or websites.
You are responsible to pay for all charges to your room when we check out of your hotels. Incidentals such as room service, drinks, phone calls, business services, laundry, etc. are not included.
Participants fill out a "Customer profile" form with some details about their level, equipment, expectations wish list and a picture of the person. This will be distributed to the other participants upon arrival in Iceland. All participants sign model releases so the outcome of the workshops has potential commercial value.
Airport pick up and drop off is included in all our tours unless you arrive or depart several days before or after the tour.
First and last night in Reykjavik are not included
All tours start and end in Reykjavík. Generally we head out of Reykjavik at 8.00AM and arrive on the last day around dinner time, sometimes later than that. Most often you'll need to stay one night in Reykjavik before and after the tour. We're happy to arrange hotel bookings for those extra nights. Reykjavik is a real nice city and we advice to spend an extra day to explore the northern most capital in the world.
